BOBBY DAYAL – Divisional General Manager East
Bobby Dayal is the Divisional General Manger- East since 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Dayal held various senior leadership positions at Merchant Finance Pte Limited in strategy and marketing roles spanning over 10 years and is a member of Australian Institute of Company directors and Institute of Internal Auditors Fiji.
Mr. Dayal holds a Masters in Commerce in Professional Accounting from the University of the South Pacific, a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, a Bachelor in Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of the South Pacific and is currently pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) program.
BOBBY ALI – Divisional General Manager West
Bobby Ali is the Divisional General Manager West with over 20 years’ experience in the banking industry. Mr. Ali is a self‐motivated, energetic, innovative and self‐driven result oriented individual and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Mr. Ali holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific, a Post Graduate Diploma (MBA) from the University of the South Pacific, a Post Graduate certificate in Human Resources from the University of the South Pacific and a Diploma in Accounting from the Fiji Institute of Technology. Mr. Ali has also completed the senior management program from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
AMINIASI KATUBA – Divisional General Manager North
Mr. Aminiasi Katuba is a highly motivated and qualified individual with over 13 years of developing banking experience. His areas of expertise include portfolio management, credit decisioning, risk management & compliance, stakeholder management, business development and financial management. He has a combined over 14 years of experience in retail and development financing.
Mr. Katuba holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting & Financial Management and Economics from University of the South Pacific (USP). Apart from USP accolade, he also undertook overseas trainings in areas of Modern Technology for Sustainable Agriculture Systems, Risk Based Credit Appraisal & Management, and Operations Management (accredited by Associations of MBAs) from Thailand, Philippines and India respectively.
