Merchant Finance Pte Limited (MFL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily King as a Director to its Board, effective 6 October 2026.
Ms. King brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate law, governance, risk management, and financial services. She currently serves as Acting Chief Operations Officer and previously as General Counsel at the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF), where she provides strategic legal and governance leadership and has extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, board governance, and organisational strategy.
Her appointment further strengthens Merchant Finance’s governance framework and reflects the Company’s commitment to maintaining a highly skilled and diverse Board to support its long-term strategic objectives.
Chairperson of the Board, Isikeli Tikoduadua, welcomed the appointment, saying:
