Job Description
We are seeking an enthused and engaging Customer Service Consultant to join Merchant Finance Pte Limited (MFL). This role is part of our Talanoa Finance and is responsible for the management of customers via outbound calling, inbound calling, email, social media and chats.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of MFL products to provide appropriate financial solutions to customers.
Timely response to customers via phone, emails, social media and chats.
Keeping up to date with ongoing marketing activities and products development.
Meeting agreed performance indicators for customers queries.
Outbound calling for collecting customer details, incident management or sales.
Completing documentations for loan applications as per delegated limits and internal procedures.
Ensuring MFL cybersecurity measures are adhered to and customer interactions and information are maintained in a secure environment.
Facilitate customer referrals to the appropriate business leads/personnel.
Collaborate with team members to share information, best practices, and insights.
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
At least 4 years of experience in a contact centre – additional experience in sales or credit is preferred.
Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
Competency with CRM systems.
Basic reporting and presentation of customer data.
