Minimum Requirements
Meeting all requirements, including documentation and compliance standards, ensures faster validation.
- 2 Valid Photo ID.
- 2 latest pay slips.
- TIN letter or Joint FNPF/FRCS Card.
- Fiji permanent residence or citizen and must be at least 18 years of age.
- Birth Certificate & Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
- Letter from Employer or Contract Letter.
- Financial statements for self-employed/annual tax return.
- FNPF Statement on Housing Withdrawal Eligibility.
- Bank and loan statements for the last 6 months.
- Copy of the Land Title or Agreement for Lease (Freehold, native,crown, and housing authority lease).
- Copy of a Sale & Purchase Agreement or Lease Offer from TLTB.
- Copy of a recent Valuation Report from one of MFL’s approved panel of valuers.
- Any other documents that may be required by Merchant Finance.
