• Fiji citizen and be at least 18 years of age
• Executed sales & purchase agreement
• Recent valuation of securities by one of Merchant Finance panel of valuers
• Copy of title/agreement for lease
• 2 valid photo IDs
• TIN letter
• Salary slip for the last 3 months
• Financial report for self-employed/annual tax return
• Proof of employment from employer
• Bank & credit statements for the last 6 months
• Any other documents that may be required by Merchant Finance
