We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Lending Officer in our Sigatoka branch.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct client interviews and assess loan applications to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide clear and well-balanced credit recommendations supported by sound financial analysis.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through quality loan proposals and portfolio growth.
• Prepare loan documentation for sign-up and settlement of transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, dealers, and stakeholders to support strong working relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and correspondence related to your loan portfolio.
• Support business lending assessments with accurate financial insights.

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in an Accounting or lending role preferably in the Banking & Finance Sector.
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Degree in Accounting /Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence.
