Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role involves engaging with clients in person and by phone, handling payments, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
Process customer payments, ensure accurate account allocations, and balance cash daily.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests—both in person and over the phone.
Maintain and update customer records, including insurance details and security documentation.
Support lending officers with contract processing and settlements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including risk management and reporting obligations.
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently with minimal supervision.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or organization.
