Merchant Finance Limited (MFL) is on an exciting transformation journey to modernise our core systems and deliver digital-first services. We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Transformation to drive change and contribute to one of the most impactful projects within our organisation.

In this role, you will be the vital link between internal stakeholders and external technology partners. You’ll help shape and deliver digital solutions that improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and meet industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements across lending, deposits, collections, and finance
• Mapping current and future-state processes and supporting user testing and system implementation
• Contributing to broader digital initiatives such as onboarding, self-service platforms, and reporting automation
• Supporting data validation, system integration, and project tracking
• Facilitating workshops and change management activities

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or system implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and process mapping skills
• Familiarity with Agile practices and testing frameworks
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and digital collaboration platforms
