Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Development Brand Manager to lead initiatives that foster economic growth, financial inclusion, and brand visibility across Fiji. In this role, you will drive community engagement, enhance our brand reputation, and lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to contribute to meaningful change.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with the company’s mission to promote economic growth and financial inclusion.
  • Lead outreach programs focused on financial literacy, small business support, and inclusive economic initiatives, especially in underprivileged areas. 
  • Design and manage the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms (digital, print, and corporate communications).
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns that reflect the company’s values and community involvement.
  • Monitor and adjust brand strategies based on customer feedback, social media analysis, and market research. 
  • Establish impactful CSR partnerships with NGOs, educational institutions, and other organizations.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of community programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and social impact metrics. 
  • Supporting business continuity strategies to strengthen resilience and response to disruption events.

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, financial inclusion strategies, and the role of financial services in community development. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or related fields, preferably in the financial services industry.
