- Completed application form.
- 2 Valid Photo ID.
- FRCS Tax Compliance Certificate.
- Evidence of company, firm, or sole trader business registration.
- Company/Firm/Individual TIN.
- Financial statements for the last financial year.
- Cash flow forecast for the next 2 years.
- Bank and loan statements for the last 6 months.
- Quotation of asset being financed.
- Copy of a recent Valuation of security from one of MFL’s approved panel of valuers (For Property/Land only).
- Any other documents that may be required by Merchant Finance.
