Founded in February 2016, Viensa Electrical began as a family partnership with a vision to provide quality electrical contracting services across Fiji. Named after co-directors Surat and Engleen Prasad and inspired by their two daughters, the business reflects the family’s commitment, hard work, and shared values.

Over the past decade, Viensa Electrical has grown from a small family business into a trusted electrical contracting company, employing 40 full-time staff and operating a fleet of 10 vehicles. In May, the company proudly celebrated its 10-year anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its journey of growth and success.

Today, Viensa Electrical provides electrical contracting services for a wide range of commercial and corporate clients throughout Fiji, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, professionalism, and dependable service. As a family-owned and operated business, Surat oversees the day-to-day operations while Engleen manages the company’s financial affairs. Together, they have built a dedicated team that supports projects of all sizes and contributes to the continued success of the business.

Reflecting on the company’s journey, Engleen says one of her proudest achievements is seeing how far the business has come from its early beginnings.
